Raw steel plates are cut into precise shapes using CNC plasma cutting machines, ensuring dimensional accuracy within ±0.5mm. The two boom sections are then bent and formed via hydraulic presses to meet the designed curvature.

Welding is performed by certified technicians using MIG/MAG welding technology, with full penetration welds at stress-bearing points. Post-welding, each boom undergoes ultrasonic flaw detection to eliminate hidden defects like cracks or porosity.

The boom assemblies are subjected to normalizing heat treatment at 920℃, followed by air cooling to refine the steel grain structure and enhance mechanical properties. Key components are further quenched and tempered for added hardness.

After shot blasting to remove rust and scale, the booms are coated with anti-corrosion paint. Finally, telescopic cylinders, sliding rails, and hydraulic fittings are assembled, with a full hydraulic pressure test to ensure no leaks.

Each finished boom is inspected against ISO 9001 standards, including dimensional checks, load-bearing tests, and coating adhesion tests. Qualified products are packaged in waterproof films and wooden crates for safe shipping.
